Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognized institution (Bangladesh or abroad)

• 1 to 5 years

• Experience: 1–5 & above years of proven experience in capital markets

• Skills: Strong salesmanship, portfolio management expertise and in-depth knowledge of the capital market

• Professional Qualification: Candidates with capital market certifications or relevant training will have an added advantage Required to have valid Authorized Representative (AR) certification/license

• Other Skills: Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (both oral and written) and professional competency on MS Office applications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to grow equity and revenue

• Identify and serve High Net Worth (HNW) clients and their investment portfolios

• Supervise client portfolios across various equity and investment instruments

• Execute nationwide sales initiatives to expand the client base

• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships while attracting new funds to facilitate prudent investment decisions

• Conduct regular communication and meetings with existing and potential clients to explore business opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales, trading, and related operational matters

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines imposed by regulators

• Prepare periodic management reports as required

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management
