• Experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or banking operations (preferably retail loans).

• Must have IT knowledge for developing new reports in collaboration with IT division.

• Strong command over MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros), MS Word, Power Point, financial modeling, data analysis, and detailed financial statement interpretation.

• Time management and TAT adherence.Understanding of retail lending operations, risk management, and loan lifecycle processes.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Receive and assign retail loan proposal including credit card to the credit analyst.

• Develop, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly/yearly MIS reports for the Retail Loan portfolio.

• Monitor loan application flow, disbursements and overall portfolio performance.

• Ensure data accuracy by reconciling system information with branch or operational data.

• Automate and streamline reporting processes using Excel, internal loan approval software.

• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk Management, and IT teams for data requirements.

• Maintain dashboards tracking loan applications, approvals, disbursements, delinquencies, turnaround time (TAT), and portfolio quality. Support regulatory reporting and audit requirements.

• Identify data gaps, trends, and anomalies to recommend process improvements.
