1. Credit Assessment & Appraisal
Assess and analyze Car/Auto Loan and Credit Card proposals in line with Bank’s Credit Policy, PPG, and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
Evaluate applicant financials, repayment capacity, business potential, and overall creditworthiness.
Review credit history, income documents, bank statements, quotations, price valuation, and other underwriting documents.
2. Risk Evaluation & Decision Support
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments including economic, sectoral, and political risk factors.
Review and recommend credit limits, approvals, declines, and risk-mitigating structures.
Identify potential red flags, fraud indicators, and inconsistencies in loan/card documentation.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Verify documentation for both Car Loan and Credit Card applications.
Ensure strict adherence to Credit Policy, PPG, Bangladesh Bank circulars, AML & KYC standards.
Maintain clear documentation of decisions with proper justification and risk analysis.
4. Monitoring & Portfolio Management
Perform pre-sanction due diligence and post-sanction monitoring of borrower performance.
Track existing credit card accounts for limit enhancement and risk mitigation.
Support portfolio MIS through reports on approvals, rejections, exceptions, and TAT performance.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Prepare detailed credit assessment reports, office notes, and analysis sheets.
Collaborate with branches, card division, sales teams, and MIS units for seamless credit processing.
Participate in periodic reviews to refine credit policies, scorecards, and risk thresholds.
