Technical Skills Required:
Development experience in ASP.NET MVC, C#, Crystal Reports and RDLC Report.
Knowledge of MS SQL or Oracle, with SQL/PL-SQL query writing skills
Ability to understand the SDLC and development processes
Strong programming skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Develop software modules, system architecture, and technical specifications
Design user interfaces and Crystal and RDLC Reports
Develop, deliver, and test software components
Build flexible data models and scalable integration points
Innovate development approaches to streamline internal processes
Participate in major changes in software procedures and methodology
Maintain developed systems and ensure operational stability
Lead module development, architecture design, and technical interfacing
Develop complex UI, reporting components, and integrations
Propose and drive improvements in development methodology
Provide technical guidance to junior developers
Ensure long-term system stability and support
