Education:
Master’s degree (or equivalent) from reputed public university or UGC-approved/recognized private universities preferably from business discipline.
Professional certification/Diploma in Information & Communication Technology will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:
Excellent management abilities.
Proficiency in computer applications and data analysis.

High integrity and committed in completing assignments within deadlines.
Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in centralized credit administration & related areas
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure accurate and timely preparation, submission of all credit-related regulatory reports to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies.
Prepare required reports/statements for the Risk-Based Supervision (RBS) and IFRS 9 in line with Bangladesh Bank directives.
Act as the main point of contact with Bangladesh Bank for queries and clarifications related to reporting of loans and advances.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across all regulatory submissions.
Work closely with Information Technology (IT) and Credit teams to improve automation and reconciliation of reporting data.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements concerning credit reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in the reporting process by implementing automation, control enhancements, and process efficiencies.
