Experience:

• 5 to 10 years

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) from reputed public university or UGC-approved/recognized private universities preferably from business discipline.

• Professional certification/Diploma in Information & Communication Technology will be given preference.

• Proficiency in computer applications and data analysis.

• Advanced level knowledge in MS Excel will be given preference.

• Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.

• High integrity and committed in completing assignments within deadlines.

• Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in centralized credit administration & related areas

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation, submission of all credit-related regulatory reports to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies.

• Prepare required reports/statements for the Risk-Based Supervision (RBS) and IFRS 9 in line with Bangladesh Bank directives.

• Act as the main point of contact with Bangladesh Bank for queries and clarifications related to reporting of loans and advances.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across all regulatory submissions.

• Work closely with Information Technology (IT) and Credit teams to improve automation and reconciliation of reporting data.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements concerning credit reporting.

• Drive continuous improvement in the reporting process by implementing automation, control enhancements, and process efficiencies.
