Job Grade: Vice President (VP) - Executive Vice President (EVP)

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline from a reputed UGC approved university.

• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM or equivalent will be considered an advantage.

• Minimum 12 years of banking experience, with at least 7 years in managerial position at investment risk management/administration.

• Strong knowledge of Islamic banking and Shariah-compliant investment practices.

• Proven leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Lead the Investment Administration Division and oversee all investment-related operations.

• Formulate and implement investment policies, procedures and monitoring frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and Shariah guidelines.

• Supervise investment documentation, portfolio management and reporting activities.

• Provide strategic insights to senior management and the Board on investment opportunities.

• Strengthen risk management practices and ensure effective internal controls.

• Develop and mentor team members to build a high-performing division.

• Collaborate with other divisions to align investment strategies with organizational goals.
