Responsibilities & Context:

The Head of ADC Business will be responsible for establishing, leading, and scaling the ADC business vertical. The role involves strategic planning, network expansion, ATM transaction expansion, cost optimization, and ensuring high service uptime and customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement the ADC business strategy aligned with overall bank objectives.

• Identify opportunities for ADC network expansion (on-site / off-site / shared network).

• Drive transaction volume growth and fee-based income.

• Ensure maximum uptime and service availability across the ATM network.

• Oversee ADC cash management efficiency.

• Manage relationships with ATM vendors, switch providers, and service partners.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance).

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Oversee ATM security standards (physical & system-level).

• Develop performance dashboards and MIS reporting.

• Build and lead the ADC business team.

• Provide direction, KPIs, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and regulatory submissions.

• Support continuous process improvement and service quality enhancement.
