- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in debt collection, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in loan recovery and collection strategies.
- Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive team performance in a remote setting.
Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Collection Supervisor to build and lead a high-performing debt recovery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing collection procedures, managing a team of collectors, and ensuring the achievement of recovery targets through various communication channels.
Location: Bangladesh (Remote/Work from Home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of qualified debt collection officers in accordance with company standards.
- Debt Recovery Management: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the collection process. Oversee and guide the team to contact debtors via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or field visits to recover overdue payments and meet collection targets.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and complete records of all collection activities. Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management.
Job Other Benifits:
- Salary: Base of BDT 25,000 per month on average, with an uncapped performance-based commission/bonus structure.
Bonus: Attainment bonus for meeting/exceeding targets.
Work Arrangement: Primarily remote/work-from-home.
Leave: Two days off per week.
