Responsibilities & Context:

• Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, capability decks, and business documentation

• Identify and research new business opportunities and potential client segments

• Assist in lead generation efforts through market research and outreach support

• Maintain and update prospect databases and track follow-ups

• Conduct research on industry trends, target sectors, and competitor positioning and summarize findings into actionable briefs

• Draft and respond to professional emails and messages on behalf of the team

• Coordinate follow-ups with leads, partners, or vendors as directed

• Assist in preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes

• Uplift the company's digital presence across all channels — including LinkedIn, website, social media, and other relevant platforms

• Help create LinkedIn content, company profiles, and capability statements

• Prepare weekly activity reports and progress updates for management

• Organize and maintain business documents, templates, and files

• Follow through on management directives and support cross-functional tasks as assigned
