∎ Graduation / Post Graduation in Business Administration from any reputed Public/Private University with a minimum CGPA of 3.00
Job Context:
∎ Job Grade : Officer Grade I to Officer Grade II
∎ Job Location : Anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Reports to: Business Development Manager
∎ Division: Business Division
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate business as per target given by Product Head.
∎ Achieve business target while maintaining portfolio quality and operational service standards.
∎ Visit all the Due-clients and Overdue-clients as per collection protocol of the company.
∎ Industry analysis and market analysis for finding quality customer as per company risk profile.
∎ Sound knowledge on Financial, Managerial & Economical risk factors and understanding of credit risks
∎ Ensure client services as per best practice rule.
∎ Ensure all operational procedures of the Company related to credit approval, loan documentation, disbursement, collection and other compliance as per company policy.

∎ Candidates with 1-2 years’ experience in similar role of Banks & NBFIs will get preference
