Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Relationship Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients/customers
∎ Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to develop business strategies
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with clients/customers and partners
∎ Creating and presenting proposals and pitches to clients/customers
∎ Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients/customers and partners
∎ Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure successful project delivery
∎ Monitoring and reporting on business performance metrics and key performance indicators
∎ Participating in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
∎ Developing and managing a sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth
∎ Coaching and mentoring sales teams and junior staff members to improve performance and achieve targets.

∎ Age at least 30 years

Salary: Negotiable
