Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architectural Design, Architectural Drafting, Interior and exterior Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising the design team for better project results and effective working performance.
∎ Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, including directing the design team, reviewing drafts and approving design changes.
∎ Communicate directly with Chief Architect, marketing personnel, and clients to discuss and organize projects from original conceptual design through construction.
∎ Visit sites on behalf of the company and identify the possible work area.
∎ Understanding the client order and need, and create the project plan that suitable with the information received.
∎ Present design proposals and proposed estimated cost to clients according to prescribed deadlines, and explain relevant details, reports, expense line items, and goals in clear and persuasive language.
∎ Provide consultations and spearhead negotiations with potential clients during the project development.
∎ Increasing the company popularity and reputation by taking any order and request from client and try to complete it perfectly and before the deadline.
∎ Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations, and market demand.
∎ Conduct research to determine what materials and equipment will be needed and propose budgets that reflect the scope of each project.
∎ Innovate and develop new standards, policies, and procedures for architectural design and engineering work as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
∎ Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
∎ Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
∎ Being able to understand and solve any problems that come with the project to build the trust and respect from the team.
∎ Any other architectural design related duties assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in managing large-scale design / space planning projects (Project Management Skills).
∎ At least 6 to 8 years of professional experience in the field of technical design, ideally for renovation, refurbishment and remodeling projects.
∎ Ability to produce creative and technically sound exterior-interior architectural schemes.
∎ Experience of producing detailed specification of works.
∎ Experience of advising on property related space management initiatives
∎ Expert ability in general project management software packages.
∎ Ability and experience of communicating at a senior level with key decision makers.
∎ Expert understanding of AutoCAD and/or other industry standard ICT design and planning support packages.
∎ Desirable of experience of using "Lumion" , "V-ray" , 'Sketch Up', 'InDesign', 'Photoshop' and 3D design package.

Salary: Negotiable
