Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Skills Required: 3d rendering, 3D Studio Max, LUMION, SketchUp, VRAY

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling various projects and report about the progress in work to the lead architect.
∎ Schedules and attends client meetings with chief architect, manager & other related personnel.
∎ Provide opinion and suggestions to the clients and/or the lead architect.
∎ Design the blueprints for all the projects undertaken by the firm.
∎ Draw the blueprints onto digital applications and circulates the same for reference to all the members involved in the project.
∎ Visit the sites regularly to verify that the layouts and dimensions are in accordance with the design blueprints.
∎ Supervise the work of personnel at the site and provide necessary support and information as required.
∎ Check whether all the installations are performed properly and they are safe for the public to use.
∎ Clear concept on Interior & Exterior drawing & design
∎ 3D visualization of Residential & Commercial Building.
∎ Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural projects. This includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections and RCPs
∎ Any other architectural design related duties assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in managing large-scale design / space planning projects (Project Management Skills).
∎ Experience of producing detailed specification of works.
∎ Experience of advising on property related space management initiatives
∎ Expert ability in general project management software packages.
∎ Ability and experience of communicating at a senior level with key decision makers.
∎ Expert understanding of AutoCAD and/or other industry standard ICT design and planning support packages.
∎ Desirable of experience of using "Lumion" , "V-ray" , 'Sketch Up', 'InDesign', 'Photoshop' and 3D design package.

Salary: Negotiable
