Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team target achievement given by product heads while maintaining team portfolio quality, operational standard and value addition in business and team development.
∎ Identify potential sector, market, clients and add value to portfolio diversification
∎ Guide your team members for their development in areas of new client addition, target achievement, client visit, portfolio management etc
∎ Maintain visit frequency of your team all existing and overdue clients as per collection protocol of the company
∎ Review visit report of team members on daily basis
∎ Ensure all operational procedures of the company related to credit approval, loan documentation, disbursement, collection and other services to the client
∎ Complete any other ad-hoc (non-regular) responsibilities given by your line manager time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
