∎ Minimum CGPA 3 out of 4 in graduation/post-graduation from reputed any university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve team-target as per the targets set by the Product Heads.
∎ Identify potential sector, market, clients and add value to portfolio diversification.
∎ Guide team members for their development, in terms of new client addition, target achievement, client visit, portfolio management etc.
∎ Maintain visit frequency of team for all the existing and overdue clients as per collection protocol of the Company.
∎ Review visit report of team members on daily basis.
∎ Ensure all operational procedures of the Company related to credit approval, loan documentation, disbursement, collection and other services to the client.
∎ Complete any other ad-hoc responsibilities given by Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4-7 years of experience in SME Business, with minimum 2-3 years' experience in supervisory role
∎ Candidates currently working as BDM in Banks & NBFIs will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
