∎ Skills Required: B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Business Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Business Development, E commerce, Online sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Development, E commerce is preferable and E commerce Marketing
∎ Must have minimum 5+ years' experience on e-commerce business, including digital knowledge in.
∎ Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
∎ Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
∎ Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
∎ Draw up client contracts - depending on the size of company, this task may be completed by someone else or agreements may not be as formal
∎ Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
∎ Working with product management, be the key driver in developing and optimizing the performance with digital brand marketing on the E-Commerce platform.
∎ Collaborate with your sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customer
∎ Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
∎ Negotiate and close orders/contracts to maximize revenue
∎ Develop new business through upsell and cross-sell with existing clients
∎ New business generation by acquiring potential merchants through deep understanding of needs and providing relevant solutions.
∎ Execution the plan of merchant acquisition strategy , Merchant categories and Merchant segments.
∎ Developing strong relationships with existing portfolio of merchants
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction is maximized and handling issues escalated by merchants or customers in a timely manner
∎ Collaborating with Marketing Team for promotional campaigns to increase awareness in assigned region
