∎ Bachelor Degree in any Discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying the potential sellers and negotiate with them
∎ Setting monthly target with effective forecasting.
∎ Must have minimum 2 years' experience on e-commerce business.
∎ Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing market.
∎ Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
∎ Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
∎ Obtaining sales campaign by influencing the merchant with win-win condition.
∎ New business generation by acquiring potential merchants through deep understanding of needs and providing relevant solutions.
∎ Execution the plan of merchant acquisition strategy, Merchant categories and Merchant segments.
∎ Developing strong relationships with existing portfolio of merchants
∎ Capability to working with other departments contend, digital and fulfillment
Additional Requirements:
∎ B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Business Marketing, E-commerce Marketing.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Experience from reputed ecommerce platform will get priority
∎ Proven track record of on the ground execution ability, taking ownership and driving business performance.
∎ Candidate must have excellent communications skills and be a 'people person.
∎ Proven negotiation skills and experience with partnerships.
∎ Strong communication & analytical skills.
∎ Smart, Proactive and can-do attitude.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office/excel.
Salary: Negotiable
