Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Team Leadership & Business Growth: Lead and supervise a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve SME & Agri business budget within the bank’s policies. Drive the RM team in coordination with different branches to meet business objectives. Generate quality business leads to help RMs meet their targets and ensure portfolio growth. Set and monitor team performance to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
∎ Portfolio & Risk Management: Ensure sustainable portfolio growth by maintaining strong supervisory oversight. Monitor and supervise portfolio health to minimize Non-Performing Loans (NPL). Exercise due diligence in all business transactions and credit-related activities. Act as the SME Balance Sheet Manager of the designated area to maintain asset quality.
∎ Client Relationship & Business Development: Maintain strong customer relationships and provide the best possible service. Generate and direct client leads to RMs to support business growth. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective engagement and service delivery.
∎ Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure full compliance with all banking regulations and policies. Maintain clear knowledge of regulatory circulars on CMSME, Agri Business, Rescheduling, Refinance, and Pre-Finance Schemes. Oversee charge documents and property documentation to ensure proper legal and financial compliance.
∎ Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Engage with different internal and external stakeholders to manage business operations effectively. Maintain regular communication with relevant departments to align business strategies.
∎ Soft Skills & Business Communication: Possess strong soft skills, including professional email communication, PowerPoint presentation, and memo preparation. Ensure clear and effective communication in all business interactions.
