Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for overseeing the delivery and quality of essential services that support the core functions of the organization.
∎ Manages all service team members, maintains organizational structure, guides team leaders, assigns duties, and leads teams effectively.
∎ To develop and implement service strategies to meet customers' needs and improve service quality.
∎ Additionally monitor service metrics, analyze customer feedback and address any gaps or areas for improvement.
∎ Budget management and successful project execution.
∎ Include strong communication abilities, problem-solving expertise and driving performance improvements.
∎ Monitoring performance and productivity of managerial employees on an ongoing basis.
∎ Developing with input from managers.
∎ Ensuring Health and Safety Standards are maintained.
∎ Setting, with mangers input, Dealership policies and procedures.
∎ Providing guidance to managers.
∎ Review financial reports for action such as: inventories including parts, inventory turnover, new and used equipment, whole goods, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial ratios, new and used equipment and parts sales.
∎ Interviewing, with Dealership Management, staff for hiring.
∎ Setting yearly objectives for staff, based on the network plan, with input from managers, for each of the branch area.
∎ Conducting yearly performance appraisals with Managers
∎ Monitoring performance, with input from manager, and productivity of employees on an ongoing basis.
∎ Ensuring, with the input from managers, employees attend training programs.
∎ Advising on training programs for employees.
∎ Challenge and develop future ownership team.
∎ Identify growth opportunities
∎ Maximize efficiencies in operations.
∎ Plan & execution of Business growth along with manpower quality growth through training.
∎ Job Context: We are searching for a Business Consultant for leading company’s overall after sales/service & spare parts division. In this position, selected candidate will be a Head of company’s all service & spare parts departments of all brands/products. He/she will prepare budget, lead-monitor-supervise & guide all the service & spare parts Heads. This position will ensure company’s overall business growth in service & spare parts section and ensure great customer satisfaction.
