Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting requirement elicitation and root cause analysis to find the most suitable tech-driven enterprise solutions to optimize the organization`s operations.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement for BRAC Technology solutions.
∎ Conducting Business and Technical Requirement elicitation.
∎ Leading ongoing review of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
∎ Analyzing, Organizing, Documenting and Communicating requirements to various stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring that the solutions meet business needs and requirements.
∎ Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
∎ Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities.
∎ Designing, developing and executing automation scripts using open source tools.
∎ Identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly and tracking bugs.
∎ Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven working experience in software development.
∎ Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive Solutions.
∎ Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
∎ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
∎ Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
∎ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
∎ Proven working experience in software quality assurance.
