• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in CSE

• Good Knowledge of Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Better UX
• Good Knowledge of Agile System Design Methodology (e.g., User Personas, User Stories, Scenarios, Storyboards)
• Good Knowledge of Prototyping Tools to Produce Quality Wireframes for End Users
• Good Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle

• Overall Client Communication and Interviewing
• Conduct Design Workshop
• Prepare SRS/BRS PPT (User Journey) for Client to Finalize Business Requirements
• Partner with Business and Technology Stakeholders to Elicit, Analyze, Translate, and Document Requirements
• Analyze, Document, and Test Program Development, Logic, Process Flows, and Specifications
• Partner with Business Users to Conduct Acceptance Testing
• Document User Manuals to Describe Application Installation and Operating Procedures
• Work with Solution Architects/Developers to Ensure Feasible System Implementation
• Document and Act as Subject Matter Expert on Business Processes to Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work within a Project Team to Deliver Incremental Business Value Following Agile Methodology
• Identify Potential Conflicting Business Requirements, Definition Gaps, and Dependencies Between Projects, and Escalate to Project Manager
• Support the Prioritization of Design Requirements with the Project Team with an Informed Understanding of Organizational Impact
• Maintain Accurate, Version-Controlled Documentation Over the Project Lifecycle
• Produce Excellent Quality Concept Notes for Clients to Define Solution Scope
