Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in strategic planning, business formulation, and setting organizational objectives.
∎ Develop, track, and analyze key business performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Coordinate weekly, and monthly performance reviews and provide actionable insights.
∎ Perform detailed analysis of business operations, trends, and risks.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate review meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
∎ Document and follow up on action items from reviews to ensure timely completion.
∎ Undertake strategic projects and ad-hoc responsibilities as directed by the Managing Director.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
∎ Overview:
∎ As a Business Analyst to the Managing Director, you will play a vital role in formulating strategic plans, defining and monitoring business performance indicators, analyzing various business units, and assisting in ongoing strategic projects. This role requires a high degree of collaboration, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide insights to guide executive-level decisions
