Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 2- 3 years of job experience is required as a Merchandiser in the Factory.
∎ Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim, and print techniques
∎ Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
∎ Professional qualification in related field
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Excel
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Taking order clarification from the buyer and proceeding accordingly
∎ Arranging all sampling approval from the buyer and passing that to the concerned Factories
∎ Making PPT of monthly New orders
∎ Analyze and sort out all possible problems by discussing with vendors and the technical team
∎ Order all trims as per the approved BOM and inhouse as per the PCD.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with suppliers
∎ Collect feedback from the buyer to ensure all possible solutions and make preventive action plans.
∎ Sending Po’s to the concerned factory and updating the Master Order Tracking Chart accordingly.
∎ Making Sales Contracts & sending to the factory
∎ Follow up all sampling
∎ Making each style production File with the approved paper pattern, technical notes, approved samples, trim cards, and bulk shades for the QA Team
∎ Perform other duties as required.
