Responsibilities & Context:
Complying with government regulations for building safety and security.
Implementing building policies and protocols.
Supervising housekeeping, security, and administrative staff.
Creating memos and announcements for new policies and emergency procedures.
Addressing tenant concerns and rule violations.
Reporting to the building manager.
Patrolling the building and monitoring operations.
