Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up all (GPQA) work.
∎ Daily basis PLM check and updated buyer information.
∎ Yarn color &lot approval.
∎ Prepare every style PP meeting.
∎ Style wise file prepare.
∎ Daily style & POwise inline inspection.
∎ Style & PO wise final inspection.
∎ Daily basis SOP check.
∎ Making production/Shipment plan.
∎ Handling foreign Buyer/QA.
∎ Solution the knitting / Finishing plan.
∎ Approval wash standard.
∎ Sample monitoring development like Photo/CSR/FDS/PP/LAB Test/Silver Tag/TOP/Merchant/TOP QA LAB/PLM/SHOOT/DIREET/PR/FSS sample.
∎ Follow up size set before start production.
∎ Make pilot run before submitting AEO QA.
∎ Pre-final inspection before offering BV. Inspection.
∎ Make a vendor assessment.
∎ Follow up QA training and calibration.
∎ Make every type of test sample.
∎ Daily basis awareness meeting AEO GPQ & factory QA team.
∎ Making PSR for buyer QA.
∎ Make CAP report when giver the buyer QA.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Computer knowledge is must.
∎ Good communication and presentation skill is must.
