Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and strategic marketing mind who can help shape
STRYKER’s public image, plan and execute campaigns, and drive community
engagement. You’ll work closely with our founder, Steve Long, and lead all activities that
strengthen STRYKER’s position as a cool, premium, and healthy lifestyle brand.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies and campaigns
- Plan and oversee content production (social media, video, photo shoots)
- Manage influencer and ambassador collaborations
- Plan and coordinate events, activations, and sponsorships
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and audience engagement
- Work with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Support with new product launches and cross-promotional ideas
