• Have 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or FMCG

• Have a strong understanding of retail dynamics and on-ground sales execution
• Are organized and reliable when it comes to order and payment management
• Are fluent in English and Bangla (written & spoken)

About the Role: The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business verticals and expanding STRYKER’s presence across premium sales points — from gyms and universities to supershops and other high-traUic lifestyle outlets.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure smooth order

management and payments, and support sales partners with marketing and

promotional activities to maximize sell-through.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and open new sales channels (gyms, university campuses, supershops,
• lifestyle outlets, etc.)
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners
• Oversee order management, delivery coordination, and payment collection
• Plan and execute in-store and on-site promotional activities (posters, stands,
• sampling, etc.)
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional photo/video shoots or
• collaborations with Steve Long at high-impact locations• Monitor sales performance and provide weekly reports and growth

• Negotiate and close new distribution or partnership deals
