Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, acquiring, managing new business and also achieving business target as per approved KPI.
∎ Increasing new customer base and develop Sales strategies for Retail Banking Products.
∎ Managing monthly sales matrix as assigned by the Branch.
∎ Handling sales campaign.
∎ Ensure best customer service for both internal and external customers.
∎ Supporting the relevant authority, in order to recover Loans/Cards outstanding.
∎ Strong quality to work in a team and lead them.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 6 months experience in relevant area (with any reputed Bank/Financial Institution) will get preference, however fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target.

Salary: Negotiable
