Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from a reputed university with a minimum CGPA of 3.00
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for client communications, query and complaint management.
∎ Handle all customer and contract related processes regarding request, verification and modifications.
∎ Monitor service performance of branch service staff to ensure quality service.
∎ Manage service staff to reinforce the culture of service delivery.
∎ Responsible for implementation of branch policies and procedures.
∎ Manage, control and enhance branch operation processes and system flow.
∎ Responsible for all administration issues of branches.
∎ Act as first vault custodian of the branch.
∎ Responsible for co-ordination of all compliance and audit observation of branches related to branch operation.
∎ Help with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with experience in Banks & NBFIs will get preference
