Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as company representative for external dealings and administrative head of branch of its defined territories
∎ Responsible for the business & collection target achievement (both assets & liabilities),
∎ Management of branch employees, branch operations and overall profitability of the branch
∎ Ensure new customer acquisition and portfolio quality (manage NPL and provisions) to maximize the profitability and growth of the branch
∎ Ensure high ethical standards and compliance of all regulatory requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6 years' experience in Banks/NBFIs, with at least 03 years' experience in Branch Management.
∎ Graduation/Masters from a reputed university
∎ Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent Negotiation skills.
