Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate/Post graduate from any reputed public/private university
∎ Preferably from business school
∎ Candidates having 3rd class in any level of education need not to apply

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): SME Banking, Branch Management, Market Development (Banking), Market Development (Leasing), Relationship, Anti Money Laundering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Branch Operations activities in efficient way.
∎ Monitor sales team performance inline with the set target.
∎ Ensure achievement of Business Target.
∎ Maintain Client Relationship.
∎ Follow up clients to maintain recovery of total portfolio of the respective person within due date.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Maintain compliance as per the NBFIs rules and regulations.
∎ Candidates must have to be in supervisory role in last 3 years
∎ Able to manage team and monitor performance
