Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree or MBS

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Micro Credit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitoring of all activities of Field officer in the Branch.
∎ Establish Samity Discipline in the Field.
∎ Assess all sorts of loan Proposal physically and process further.
∎ Ensure all sorts of posting in the various Vouchers and Register relating to loan installments, Savings, Insurance, Service Charges etc.
∎ Upgrade all sorts' register of the branch office.
∎ Prepare all sorts of report (MIS, AIS etc.) related to program and projects of branch office.
∎ Implement policies related to Micro credit program in Branch office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 year(s) in PKSF donated microcredit programme.
∎ Applicants should have valid Motor cycle driving license and can drive motor cycle.
∎ Applicants must have adequate Computer knowledge.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Provident fund, Insurance, Gratuity
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 3
∎ After 6 months probation period salary will be paid as per organization policy.
