Responsibilities & Context:
- According to the company's development direction, achieve sales growth and hit sales annual targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Responsible for the whole process follow-up of Group’s annual target projects, including the confirmation of cooperation, the development, the supply chain, the production, the customer service and the payment receipt
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence by sales-related advertising and promotion plans, exhibition activities, etc
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
