Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and prioritize all production process, prepare daily effective production plan and implement them and ensure that production plans are completed by a certain time.
∎ Ensure protocols and quality by enforces company policies and guidelines. Evaluate the condition of production equipment and contacts appropriate sources for repair & maintenance issues. Observing all technical activities and solving the problems at level best.
∎ Recruits, hire and help to train worker. Prepare vacation schedule and ensure no effect to production. Help worker achieve company goals by offering personal growth opportunities.
∎ Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
∎ Manage relationships with key operations Bank/vendors/Client/Agent
∎ Lead all business operation. (Customer communication, payment collection, stock management, import export.)
∎ Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
∎ Supervision of all finance, accounts, and costing related issues
∎ Managing the Companies' VAT compliance process as per recent VAT Act, maintain necessary records in respect of VAT related issues; submit SD/VAT challan. Handle VAT Audit conducted by NBR, and other Govt. Agencies
∎ Liaising and maintaining all Customs & TAX related correspondences with respective regulatory authorities.
∎ Update all business related license and certificates in time to assure company operates legally in accordance with Local government
∎ Organize filling system for important and confidential company documents. Implement and enforce all office policies. Handle all repair & maintenance job (Truck, generator, electricity and electric device, fixed asset management, yearly office supplies management. keep all record for company operation.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
