  • Ability to work under pressure and to achieve set target.

  • Knowledge about relevant Acts and laws.



Responsibilities & Context:

IIDFC PLC. - an active player in the Financial Market- is a leading non-banking financial institution promoted by ten banks both from public and private sector, three insurance companies and Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB).

We are looking for a young, energetic and self-driven individuals among Bangladeshi citizens with good educational background from a recognized university and impressive track record, who can take up the challenges for a successful career in the following position.

Responsibilities:

  • Should have proven track record of branch management/capacity to manage branch activity with special focus on loan portfolio development, liability management, monitoring and recovery.

  • Regular monitoring and collection from clients.

  • Follow-up and visit to overdue clients on regular basis.

  • Knowledge about different financing schemes and liability products of Bank/NBFIs.

  • Taking Challenges to achieve annual target in a chain of team effort.

  • Assist and guide Team Members to develop and achieve business targets with leadership skills.

  • Ability to assess the merit of loan application in terms of risk grading, profitability, cash flows, transactional transparency and previous credit record of the clients.

  • Maintain regular liaison with regulators and other stakeholders.

  • Any other responsibilities as and when required by the management.
