For BM/BOM role: At least 2-year experience as Branch Manager/BOM will have added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
The role of the Branch Manager/ BOM will be pervasive in a wide range of activities that ensure the smooth functioning of the day-to-day banking operations and services to the customers.
Core responsibilities will be to achieve business targets in terms of liability, asset & profit through quality business booking and nurturing customer relationships and thus maintaining a healthy portfolio for the branch.
Providing front-line administrative support to operational and administrative head office functions.
Managing relations with regulators, customers, bankers, and all external stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies and guidelines.##Taking appropriate measures to safeguard branch assets.
Controlling branch expenses and other cash positions.
