Job Context:
∎ ONE Bank Limited intends to appoint experienced bankers as Branch In-charges/Managers as per following descriptions:
∎ Position: SPO to VP (Branch Manager).
∎ Job Location : Willing to work in Dhaka, Chattogram, Noakhali, (including both Urban & Rural areas).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall knowledge and experience of Branch Management.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Business Development, Risk Management and Banking Laws and Practices.
∎ Results driven, customer focused, articulate and innovative
∎ Ability to meet targets, take challenges and achieve organizational goals
∎ Bring out the best of branch's human resources by providing training, development and motivation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum experience of 6 years including 3 (three) years in the present status i.e. Branch Manager
∎ Should have good leadership and Team building skill
∎ General Banking, Credit Management, Loan Administration and Trade Finance/ Foreign Exchange Operations.
∎ Age: Maximum 45 years. May be relaxed in case of exceptionally deserving candidates.
