Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets using Torr’s ERP and real-time POS insights.
∎ Strategize local-level promotions to boost footfall and conversion.
∎ Ensure premium service that reflects Torr’s youthful, fashion-forward identity.
∎ Personally handle escalations and build long-term customer loyalty.
∎ Lead, motivate, and develop your in-store team to perform at their best.
∎ Schedule shifts, maintain staff discipline, and uphold grooming standards.
∎ Maintain world-class visual merchandising in line with brand campaigns like Torr Summer Tee Fest or Torr Ethnic Drop.
∎ Keep the store floor clean, attractive, and photo-ready at all times.
∎ Oversee barcode-wise stock intake, tracking, and refill.
∎ Identify fast-moving SKUs and coordinate timely replenishments from the HO/warehouse.
∎ Ensure smooth POS operations and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
∎ Share daily sales, basket size, footfall, and performance metrics through ERP.
∎ Enforce anti-theft protocols, health & safety SOPs, and compliance with brand standards.
∎ Conduct regular audits and reviews to keep shrinkage minimal.
