1. Oversee all operational aspects of the branch, including opening and closing procedures.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
3. Manage branch resources effectively to meet operational demands and customer expectations.
4. Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and growth objectives.
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch’s customer base.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, reporting to the Regional/Area Manager regularly.
7. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
10. Oversee the branch’s financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
11. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
12. Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
13. Implement effective stock control measures to minimize losses and wastage.
