• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

1. BOQ Preparation

• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications

• Measure quantities from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

• Ensure BOQ accuracy and completeness

2. Quantity Take-Off

• Perform quantity take-off using drawings and software

• Verify site measurements when necessary

• Cross-check quantities with project scope

3. Cost Estimation

• Prepare cost estimates and rate analysis

• Collect market prices of materials, labor, and equipment

• Assist in project budgeting and cost planning

4. Tender & Quotation Support

• Prepare tender documents and BOQ for bidding

• Analyze contractor quotations

• Compare rates and prepare comparative statements

5. Variation & Claim Management

• Prepare variation orders (VO)

• Measure additional works

• Support in claim documentation

6. Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams

• Clarify drawing discrepancies

• Support procurement team with quantity details

7. Cost Control & Reporting

• Monitor project cost vs. BOQ

• Track material consumption

• Prepare cost reports for management

• T/A,Tour allowance,Mobile bill
