Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Work closely with the Back Office Executive in order to carry out tasks.
∎ 2. Distribute communications to related departments in a timely manner when needed.
∎ 3. Ensure the office is organized at the end of each day.
∎ 4. Ensure records are accurately updated and stored responsibly in accordance with companypolicy.
∎ 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ 6. Maintain a professional rapport with suppliers, customers, and staff.
∎ 7. Schedule meetings for staff and managers of associated departments.
∎ 8. Work alongside other departments to ensure protocol is being followed in compliance withcompany policy.
∎ 9. Assist the front office team and fill in when necessary.
∎ 10. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
∎ 11. Ability to communicate with the clients and new leads generated by over phone calls.
∎ 12. Perform administrative duties such as making reports, printing, implementation and sendingemails, and database updates.
