Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review/update of AML Policy.
∎ Ensure timely compliance of BFIU audit report, Bangladesh Bank Inspection, Internal & External Audit on AML & CFT compliance program and AMLD inspection report.
∎ Ensure collection and review of KYC profiles of correspondents through International Division of the Bank.
∎ Review Self-Assessment Report and ITP reports and gap analysis and report to Branches and Management.
∎ Ensure periodic review, update of KYC & TP through branches.
∎ Ensure Management Reporting, Regulatory Reporting/ requirement.
∎ Arrange CCC meeting on AML & CFT quarterly and discharge decisions made in Central Compliance Committee (CCC).
∎ Develop and organize AML training courses in the Bank to raise the level of awareness of compliance in the Bank by imparting Training, Video Conference, Workshop etc.
∎ Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with regulatory authorities, external and internal auditors.
∎ Provide various information, reports, statements to BFIU and other regulators as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Sound knowledge in account opening, KYC, CDD, EDD, TP, Transaction Monitoring, and Branch operations.
∎ Experience in handling regulatory issues and inspection.
∎ Well-conversant with BFIU/Bangladesh Bank Circulars and guidelines, and Risk Management.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation skills.
∎ Good analytical ability and leadership quality.
∎ Good command over Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Good report writing skill in both English and Bangla.
∎ Be a customer-centric, self-propelled team player and capable of meeting deadlines.
