Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduates with major in Textile Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Chemistry will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make advance plan for audit execution so that audit is conducted in effective and efficient manner.
∎ To follow and use updated audit procedure, audit documents, Audit Manual / client requirements etc.
∎ Prepare the Audit report (with update format) with the maximum effort to meet the best quality. Submit the full report package to the report reviewer within time frame.
∎ Review the customers new requirements/updated law etc. and make available for use.
∎ Conduct audit for Raw Material testing reports/Technical Data sheets/Safety data sheets
∎ Evaluation of chemical suppliers and criteria to produce the good for client purchase orders
∎ Conduct different chemical & environmental assessments like Chemical Management Audit, Higg Index, ZDHC, Detox , BEPI & others audits
∎ ETP assessment and evaluation
∎ Coordinate with seniors, coordinator & report reviewer for audit related matter.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Suitable candidate should meet atleast any of the criteria from below:
∎ I. Social Auditor: Having experience performing social audits.
∎ II. WRAP Auditor: Approved for performing WRAP audits and experienced for the same.
∎ III. BSCI Auditor: Must have amfori BSCI auditor qualification certificate.
∎ IV. Organic Certification Auditor: Approved auditor for any organic certification such as GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS etc. and experienced in performing any such audits.
∎ V. System Certification Auditor: Having ISO 9k, 14k, 45k or any other ISO standard certifications. Experienced on performing any ISO audits independently. Lead trainer for any ISO standard will get preference.
∎ VI. Fire/Electrical/Structural Auditor: Engineering degree on Electrical / structural. Experience on conducting fire/electrical/structural safety audit.
∎ VII. Higg / Chemical / Environmental Auditor: Candidate must have at least three years industry experience in the wet processing section (Dyeing/Printing/Washing).
∎ Robust knowledge on chemical management and detailed process of ETP
∎ Knowledge on water and energy consumption
∎ Have a course about quality, health and safety of product, environmental any type of ISO 9000, 14000 Oekotex, certification of other retailers etc
∎ Experience/ training in testing methodology in PH, colour fastness, shrinking, tear resistances etc
∎ Knowledge of the risk of manufacturing associated to the different process of chemical products used in the leather and textile industry.
∎ Understand product health and Safety standard (testing part of garments)
∎ The Applicant must have strong knowledge about the Environmental Rules and regulation.
∎ The applicant must have strong knowledge about environmental parameter tastings & environmental assessments with his team
∎ Adequate knowledge on EMS, EIA, EMP, CMP (Chemical Management Plan).
∎ Capabilities to conduct energy audit and energy management plan evaluation
