Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Environmental Science from a reputed university.
∎ PGDHRM/PGDSC from BIM will get preference.

∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemical Management, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Compliance, Environmental Compliance, Social Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Social Compliance/ Environment/Chemical audits based on the buyer Code of conduct as well as generating reports.
∎ Conduct Follow-up Audit based on the Buyer audit.
∎ Monitoring pool factories certification e.g., BSCI, WRAP, GOTS, OCS, RCS, Detox to zero, Detox test report, Oekotex, etc.
∎ Communicating with the buyer through the mail and verbal day-to-day activities.
∎ Ensure the factories are always prepared/ready for audits like social compliance Audit, Technical.
∎ Conduct internal audits as well as make the report and follow up these CAPs.
∎ Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
∎ Makes sure all factories & partners are complying with the rules and regulations our buyers uphold.
∎ Cooperate with and support other auditors and staff.
∎ Assist factory to improve the factory Compliance status as per standard of Labor Law, other Laws related to compliance safety of a factory, ACCORD standard etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Must have at least 2 years working experience in reputed buying house as Auditor
∎ Should have good knowledge on BLA 2006 and BLR 2015, relevant local laws and Buyer COC, BNBC, NFPA, SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT, HIGG & Environmental issues.
∎ Knowledge in HR audit, Compliance audit, Environmental audit, technical audit, security audit & other buyers' audit.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Should be an excellent team player and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
∎ Eagerness to visit the factory frequently for audit purposes.
Salary: Negotiable
