∎ Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Class/Division
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Risk Based Internal audit as per Annual Audit Plan approved by the Audit Committee
∎ Monitor the progress of audit activity in line with approved Annual Audit Plan
∎ Prepare draft reports, conduct debriefing sessions with Branch Managers/Head of Departments to finalize the audit report and send it to the concerned within given time frame
∎ Prepare Annual Audit Summary along with updated compliance status of the Branches and Key Departments to submit to the Management and the Audit Committee of the Board
∎ Conduct surprise & special inspection/investigation on Department and Branches as and when required
∎ Conduct AML & CFT audit based on Independent Testing Procedure format
∎ Perform periodic follow up of previously reported audit observations
∎ Ensure monitoring as per regulatory & internal policies and guidelines
∎ Identify Key/High Risk items and monitored as a part of daily activities
∎ To assist for preparation of regulatory reporting i.e. Torn note statement, Coin statement, Half yearly Self-assessment of Anti-Fraud Internal Controls, RMR, CRMR etc.
∎ Monitoring of all deposits and loan accounts, deceased account, dormant account with others
∎ Transaction Exception Report and High value transactions monitoring
∎ Assist in preparation of Annual Health Report of the Bank.
∎ Conduct and ensure compliance of comprehensive, core and special inspection reports of regulator and internal audit team
∎ Ensure responses to compliance queries by regulatory bodies i.e. BFIU, NBR, ACC, Custom & VAT
∎ Maintain liaison with all regulatory bodies and Bank's Head of Departments/ Units/ Branches for proper Compliance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4-8 years' experience in reputed banks/FIs in related fields.
∎ Candidate must have knowledge on Bank's Core Risks Management and all regulatory circulars/ guidelines
∎ Strong judgment with complexity management capacity
∎ Strong communication and persuasive skill
∎ Sufficient skills to operate Microsoft Office Applications/ banking software
