Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure, and maintain the Asterisk IP Telephony server infrastructure.
∎ Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
∎ Implement and manage VoIP and SIP protocols
∎ Configure network settings and security protocols
∎ Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Asterisk IP Telephony server with other systems
∎ Manage and maintain server backups and disaster recovery procedures
∎ Develop and maintain documentation of server configurations, processes, and procedures
∎ Provide technical support to end-users
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Asterisk IP Telephony server administrator
∎ Strong knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocols
∎ Experience with Linux server administration
∎ Experience with network security protocols and firewalls
∎ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
