Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
∎ Create a detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases and maintain test case repository.
∎ Design, develop, execute both manual and automation scripts.
∎ Track all discovered issues, defects and validate fixes provided by developers.
∎ Design and develop SQL Script to extract data from database and match data with application.
∎ Ensure that testing activities will guide development to meet the business requirements and systems goals.
∎ Work with internal teams to identify system requirements.
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
∎ Must be able to work in multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ A true passion to learn new technical skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker.
∎ Must have very strong analytical ability
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ Smart and well-conversant with professionalism.
∎ Good written & verbal communication skill in English & Bengali.
∎ Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
∎ Sound knowledge about SDLC and STLC.
∎ Ability to write clear and comprehensible test cases
∎ Must be familiar with any relational database like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
∎ Ability to query data from databases using SQL tool.
∎ Familiar with any IDE like Microsoft Visual Studio, Eclipse etc.
∎ Familiar with Desktop, Web and Mobile application testing.
∎ Experience with test automation technologies like Selenium, Appium etc is beneficial.
∎ API & Load testing experience is beneficial.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary: Up to 30,000/- (Per month) during probation period, Salary will be fix based on experience. Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be entitled.
