∎ Diploma in Computer Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing OS and configuring user computer systems(windows,MAC)
∎ Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware (Laptop, Desktop,Scanner,all kinds of printer (laser jet,inkjet,dot printer ) issues.
∎ Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
∎ Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues (Office.,tally software,printer,scannersoftware) and networking problems.
∎ Have to know installation operating system ,backup ,restore
∎ Projector setup when required.
∎ If required have to manage IT procurement from local vendor ,collect IT product from local vendor and submit and required location or vice versa.
∎ Tracking and managing work records.
∎ Good knowledge on file sharing and CPU troubleshooting and find the solution.
