Designation : Officer/ Asst.Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits of factory operations, stores, production, and administration

• Check compliance with company policies, SOPs, and management instructions

• Verify inventory (raw materials, accessories, WIP, finished goods) and report variances

• Audit cash, bank transactions, bills, vouchers, and factory expenses

• Monitor compliance with attendance, overtime, payroll, and wage payment procedures

• Review purchase, store issue, and consumption records for accuracy and misuse

• Identify operational risks, control gaps, and non-compliance issues in the factory

• Investigate irregularities, losses, wastage, or suspected fraud and report to management

• Follow up on previous audit findings and ensure corrective actions are taken

• Prepare clear audit reports with findings, root causes, and recommendations

• Support management in improving internal controls and cost control measures

• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professional ethics at all times
