Additional Requirements:
  • 7–10 years of experience in distribution and warehouse operations, preferably within a large FMCG or similar industry (experience in these sectors will be considered an advantage).
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support operational planning.
  • Effective communication and correspondence skills, capable of working collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, distribution workflows, stock management, and logistics processes.
  • Leadership capability, with the ability to guide, motivate, and supervise operational staff.
  • Problem-solving mindset, capable of handling operational challenges and ensuring smooth distribution execution.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead daily delivery planning to ensure achievement of sales and distribution targets.

  • Ensure adequate storage capacity and facility readiness to support continuous goods receiving in the warehouse.

  • Monitor daily KPIs and stock accuracy, maintaining performance at the desired standard.

  • Review and communicate daily stock records after completing system vs. physical reconciliation.

  • Minimize storage-related breakages and ensure high-quality product delivery from the warehouse.

  • Lead and coordinate all stock counting activities, including cycle counting and wall-to-wall inventory audits.

  • Monitor customer complaints, stock adjustments, and quality issues, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

  • Resolve all delivery-related issues to ensure smooth operations and timely distribution.

  • Review duty rosters and ensure the required workforce and equipment availability as per daily operational needs.

  • Foster teamwork and strong collaboration with cross-functional departments and key stakeholders.

  • Ensure safety, compliance, and hygiene standards are maintained across distribution and warehouse operations.

  • Set performance goals for the distribution team and drive initiatives to achieve zero operational errors.
